EDS flare ups:

We get flare ups ALL the time, I'm in one now. When multiple areas, always, hurt or feel loose and unstable a lot more than normal.

Right now, and for last few days, my left hip literally feels like it's slowly being chopped off. My right knee now has a MAJOR, constant dull ache and feels a little loose, joint wise. My lower back is ALWAYS crippling agony, so that's not helping with the lousy right leg. My lower left leg and foot has been swelling up loads during this cold weather.
Right foot isn't as bad. But there definatley a tad purply blue in colour. Swelling varies day to day. Sock elastic bit, even though it's loose, is constricting and tends to make my leg a bit dented for a while.

Night times are ALWAYS true hell.

This is, again, my normal. It SUCKS beyond belief. I HATE it. It's depressing BIG TIME.
