Things I can't do - Due to EDS3:

There are MANY life activities I simply can't do, or find EXTREMELY painful and exhausting etc... For me they are:

Walking up or down stairs
Walking around my own flat
Trips out
Sleeping comfortably
Siting for too long
Driving - NOT a safe option
Pregnancy - moving baby over unstable joints for 9 months - not my thing anyway (I'm Asexual)
Going out to work
Just posting i.e. cheques off for ground rent etc.. at the nearest post box
Rolling onto my side at night
Showering - I do all over washes with i.e. compressed wipes/liquid soap etc..
Bending over
Karate - I used to do this as a kid, simply can't do that now
Just getting rubbish into buildings main bins is hard work
Any surgeries could be complicated by EDS - I hope I never need any
Carrying a baby, certainly while standing up
Anything involving balance, it's shot to hell - no more bike riding etc..

It also wouldn't be wise or beneficial for me to be an organ donor, due to being an EDS3 sufferer. My organs are useless/crapped out etc.. for me, they'd be NO benefit to anyone else.

There are, I'm sure, others too. But above greatly impacts my life as a whole anyways.
