EDS'rs & Stairs: Empty EDS'rs & Stairs:

Fri Dec 23, 2022 12:30 pm
As an EDS sufferer, like MANY others, I CAN'T do stairs. They are agonizing & cippling. At old family home I HAD TO do stairs every day, until I moved out in July 2016.
I moved to a ground floor flat, as stairs are JUST NOT a thing I can do. Simply walking up or down stairs is AGONY.

For those who don't have EDS you may think it's weird as you have no problems. But for those of us with i.e.: chronic pain/joint issues (as you get with EDS), they're our WORST ENEMY.

An EDS sufferer + stairs = CRIPPLING, AGONIZING pain/stiffness for days.

At one point my (late) Dad was thinking he'd HAVE to, SOMEHOW, put a lift in our old family home. As he saw how much I struggled.
