Essential & Fragrance Oils:

Are you, like me, into Essential & Fragrance Oils?
EO=Essential Oil FO=Fragrance Oil CO=Carrier Oil
What's your favourite couple of oils? Mine are Peppermint, Eucalyptus & Helichrysum. My (late) Mum was into EO's many years ago. We'd occasionally make up rollerball's.
1. Currently I incorporate EO's & FO's into my balms, that I make.
2. I also add a few drops of FO's to i.e. felt pads, to help fragrance the room a bit.
3. I add 1-2 drops to the toilet bowl, before & or after flushing. To keep it smelling fresh.
4. I add a few drops of FO to a small square of felt, which is attached to a keychain type clip. I have this attached to i.e. my shirt.
5. I put a few drops of EO's into a pot of water. I use a compressed wipe or compressed facial sponge. I use this to freshen up/have an all over *wash.
*Due to my health/disabilities, having a bath (even with bath lift) is really hard work/crippling. So I do all over washes as best as I can instead.
How do you use them?
What oil's are your faves?
What blends do you make the most?
Or are you new to using them?
Stuck on how to use them?
Etc... reply to this thread.
