Going out when your an introvert: Empty Going out when your an introvert:

Wed Feb 22, 2023 10:36 pm
For most, the thought of going out/hanging with colleagues/going to bars/socialising etc is the norm, it's enjoyed, desired.

When your an introvert your life is very much like how it was during Covid lockdowns. Our lives didn't change a bit. We enjoy staying at home, watching tv, just chilling on our own. We get VERY drained by going out etc... We NEED time, and lots of it to recharge. The thought of going out fills us with dread and panic. I haven't been to the Dentist or my GP since before Covid hit. The thought of doing that again, or going out anywhere else to be honest, fills me with internal panic. I'm dreading it. The social distancing/staying home etc during lockdowns is our normal, it's what we desire, enjoy etc...

Just going out is insanely hard for us, mentally.
